品系描述:在25-90周龄之间的C57BL/6J的雄性和雌性小鼠。
应用领域:应用于免疫学、癌症、长寿基因和生物标记物等领域的研究。C57BL/6J 是使用最广泛的近交品系,也是第一个被全基因组测序的小鼠品系。C57BL/6J 小鼠对听源性惊厥具有抗性,骨密度相对较低,并会发展出年龄相关的听力丧失。它们也对饮食诱导的肥胖、II 型糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化易感。它们常被用于神经退行性疾病和骨密度相关的研究。
